Inclusive Leadership  

Research shows that leaders are the biggest drivers of change within an organization. However, most leaders aren't set up for success in the DEI space. Due to small DEI teams, executive coaches without inclusive leadership training, and support staff without DEI experience, most leaders don't have access to the expertise that they need. 

 

We've all seen how leaders try to do good only to have their efforts backfire. We can do better. 

Strong allies recognize where they need help and invest in their own education and growth. 

Training and coaching packages are for any leader who is ready to take meaningful steps towards becoming a better ally. 

 

Through facilitated group discussion and personalized sessions, I partner with executives to gain the skills and competencies required to drive systemic change and build better companies. 

 

My approach goes beyond helping individuals become better allies. I work with  leaders to become better multipliers and influencers of positive change amongst their peers, teams, companies, and customers. There is no silver bullet or one-size-fits-all approach to DEI work. For this reason, the packages below are an excellent compliment to existing leadership training or coaching engagements.
