About Me

I specialize in guiding companies through rapid growth, change, and uncertainty.


Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with startups, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies like Google, VMware, Pivotal, Adobe, and Girls Who Code.  

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with leadership teams to design actionable strategies, build high-performing teams, and drive long-term transformation. I’ve experienced firsthand the cultural and operational challenges growing companies face – but I’ve also helped them find opportunity in those situations and come out stronger on the other side. 


As a consultant, I leverage an agile approach, combining strategic advising, enablement, and hands-on support to drive results that last beyond the end of an engagement. 


I’m an alumna of the University of California, Berkeley and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
